SURROUNDINGS LAS COLINAS DREAMS
Both the Southern Costa Blanca and the Costa Calida have beautiful beaches. There are 4 areas: - The part north of Torrevieja with La Mata, and Guardemar
- The part from Punta Prima to Mil Palmeras belonging to Orihuela Costa From Torre de la Horadada to San Pedro de la Pinatar (partly Costa Blanca, partly Costa Calida)
- The region of Lo Pagan
- The Mar Menor

Levante beach with palm trees is close to the centre. Families with children like to come here because the water slowly descends into the sea. There are nice restaurants
Guardamar del Segura, with its beautiful beaches and dunes, is located 35 km south of Alicante, on the river of the same name, amidst a beautiful natural environment of pines, dunes, woods and sand, with wide, easily accessible beaches. It is quieter than the other seaside resorts and is mainly visited for its beautiful dune landscape and beautiful long beaches (14 km).
A beach promenade runs along the (city) beach. The beaches in the north of the city are wide and golden, including those of "La Mata". The beaches further south, towards Orihuela, are rockier and with small coves and beaches, including those of La Zenia and Cabo Roig.
Just 10 minutes' drive from the flat is Mil Palmeras beach The white sandy beach of the same name, Mil Palmeras, is the southernmost in a series of six beaches in the municipality of Orihuela-Costa and borders Campoamor beach to the north and Torre De La Horadada beach to the south. It has a length of 346 metres and a width of 45 metres. The beach has a lifeguard, walkways to the beach, showers, an area for games and special access for the disabled. The beach has been awarded the Blue Flag.
On the coast are 4 km of beautiful sandy beaches, a long promenade, and a (yacht) harbour, with a club nautica with good restaurant, overlooking Torre Horada (see below). Next to the marina is the small, cosy beach of Playa Puerto with a nice chiringuito, next to it the larger beach Playa Las Higuericas. Next to it is the beautiful beach of Playa del Conde, with nice chiringuitos.
