The flat is located in the middle of the Las Colinas Golf & Country resort in Orihuela Costa. Las Colinas is a beautiful estate and the best golf resort in Spain (2023) and the best golf in Spain (2022). The resort whose access is guarded is located on the Costa Blanca South in the middle of a nature reserve. The moment you drive into the estate, you know you are on holiday. With breathtaking views of the hills and the Mediterranean, it really is ‘A world apart’.

The 135m2 flat with a 24m2 terrace has a living room with super equipped kitchen, 3 large bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, 1 with bath and 1 with walk-in shower and a very large terrace. It is located in a dedicated community with large garden, 2 swimming pools ( 25m and 15m ) one of which is heated.

From the south-facing terrace you have possibly the best views of the Southern Costa Blanca overlooking the golf course, the Mediterranean Sea, the Mar Menor and the mountains around Cartagena You can relax in a lounge, or have dinner enjoying the beautiful view. The master bedroom has a very large double bed (180 cm), (Boxspring) The adjoining bathroom has a bath, toilet and double washbasin.

The beautiful sandy beach Mil Palmeras can be easily reached by car in 10 minutes, and within a radius of 15 km you will find several more quiet beaches. Especially worth a visit is the beach in Pilar de la Horadada, with a nice sandy beach, a promenade, cycling paths and some good beach bars for drinking and eating. Quiet and good parking,

For golfers, there are 5 golf courses within 15 minutes by car, including the best in Spain. To do your daily shopping, 10 minutes away is the centre of La Fuente, with restaurants, pharmacy and department stores Mercadona and ALDI. The region's largest shopping complex ‘La Zenia Boulevard ’is also a 10-minute drive from the resort.

Within an hour's drive you can visit some of the gems of the provinces of Alicante and Murcia such as Alicante, Murcia, Cartagena, Elche, Orihuela.

House layout

The fitted kitchen is fully equipped with a steam oven, microwave, convection oven, induction hob, dishwasher and fridge-freezer combination. All necessary equipment is also provided for cooking. The 45m2 living room has a large table and a lounge with chaise longue. There is WIFI, international television via TV Vlaanderen and a smart TV.The master bedroom has a very large double bed (180 cm), (Boxspring).

The adjacent bathroom has a bath, toilet and double washbasin and is equipped with underfloor heating.

The two guest rooms can each be furnished with 2 single beds or a double bed (180 cm). The bathroom has a walk-in shower. Underfloor heating is also provided here. A cot can be placed on request.

Summer or winter, the flat is cooled or heated with an air-conditioning-heating combination.

The building has 2 large outdoor swimming pools (25m and 15m), one of which is heated and set in a tropical garden with sunbathing area.

Parking is available on the property near the building or in the indoor car park.
